40th edition of SBBD
The Brazilian Symposium on Databases (SBBD) is the largest and most prominent event in Latin America in the fields of Data Science and Big Data. Organized by the Special Committee on Databases (CEBD) of the Brazilian Computer Society (SBC), the SBBD will take place alongside the KDMiLe (Symposium on Knowledge Discovery, Mining, and Learning) in Fortaleza, Ceará, in 2025.
Both SBBD and KDMiLe bring together students, professors, companies, and national and international researchers to present and discuss research work in the broad areas of Databases and Artificial Intelligence. This exchange fosters the updating of knowledge, encourages global standards of excellence, promotes networking and international collaborations, and elevates the visibility and recognition of Brazilian research groups on the global stage.
