In case of any questions or problems, please contact\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:sbbd2019@dc.ufc.br\">sbbd2019@dc.ufc.br<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Registration Options<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Registration for LARS 2019 includes access to all <a href=\"https:\/\/sbbd.org.br\/lars2019\/lectures\/\">invited lectures<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/sbbd.org.br\/lars2019\/industry-session\/\">industry talks<\/a>, as well as coffee breaks and social events. Attendance to the <a href=\"https:\/\/sbbd.org.br\/lars2019\/research-consortium\/\">research consortium<\/a> is included for selected participants. All prices are in Brazilian Reais (BRL):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Students: BRL 120<\/li><li>Professionals: BRL 240<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you need a registration receipt before the event date, please send an email to <a href=\"mailto:faturamento@sbc.org.br\">faturamento@sbc.org.br<\/a> asking for it. In the email, please provide your personal information (name, address and passport number) and affiliation (name and address).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For combo registration options including LARS 2019&#8217;s co-located events (<a href=\"https:\/\/sbbd.org.br\/2019\/\">SBBD 2019<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/sbbd.org.br\/kdmile2019\/\">KDMiLe 2019<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/bsb.sbc.org.br\/2019\/\">BSB 2019<\/a>), check out the appropriate <a href=\"https:\/\/sbbd.org.br\/2019\/registration\/\">fees and conditions<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Research Consortium Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Each accepted research consortium participant must register by September 9, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Student Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Student fees are available only for students who are enrolled in a higher education institution as undergraduate or graduate (Master&#8217;s or PhD) students. Proof of student status containing affiliation, attendee\u2019s name, enrollment course, and current date must be uploaded via the registration system. The Student fee does not apply to post-docs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancelation&nbsp;and Refund Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cancelation requests must be sent to <a href=\"mailto:faturamento@sbc.org.br\">faturamento@sbc.org.br<\/a>. Requests received before September 27, 2019 will be refunded in 80% of the corresponding registration fee. Requests received after this period will not be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other&nbsp;observations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The number of registrations for the event is&nbsp;limited. After the limit, no more registrations will be accepted. Lunch is not included in the registration.
