O WTAG visa promover a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de estudantes de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o e de rec\u00e9m-graduados na produ\u00e7\u00e3o e divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de trabalhos sobre temas relacionados \u00e0 \u00e1rea de Banco de Dados. Autores est\u00e3o convidados a submeter trabalhos que incluam resultados parciais ou finais das suas pesquisas tecnol\u00f3gicas e cient\u00edficas, incluindo: Trabalhos de Inicia\u00e7\u00e3o Cient\u00edfica (IC), Trabalhos de Inicia\u00e7\u00e3o Tecnol\u00f3gica (IT), Trabalhos de Conclus\u00e3o de Curso (TCC), implementa\u00e7\u00f5es de software e projetos de pesquisa ou desenvolvimento independentes que se encaixem nos t\u00f3picos de interesse do SBBD 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Important dates:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Article registration: <strong>July 15, 2024<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Article submission: <strong>July 15, 2024<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acceptance notification: <strong>Aug 19, 2024<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Final version submission: <strong>Sep 2, 2024<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Submissions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/jems.sbc.org.br\/home.cgi?c=4569\">JEMS link<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Submission Instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Submission of articles will be exclusively electronic, through the system\nJEMS. For submission, authors must write articles in English or\nPortuguese, limited to 6 (six) pages of content including summary (and\nabstract, for articles in Portuguese), figures, diagrams, and annexes, and a\nextra page for references. Works must be formatted following the\nmodel of SBC articles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Articles will go through a review process by the Program Committee of the\nWTAG, and the selected works will be organized for presentation and\npublication in the event annals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each article must have at least 2 authors: (1) an undergraduate student or\nrecent graduate (graduated in 2022 or 2023); and (2) faculty advisor of the\nwork. The student must be the first author of the submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The student of each selected article must register for SBBD 2024 and present the work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Award for the Best Articles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For award purposes, the revised accepted articles and the quality of the oral presentation made by the student will be evaluated by a specific WTAG Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The best articles will be awarded with a certificate at the end of WTAG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">WTAG 2024 Coordination<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e1dia P.
