In the email, you have to provide your personal information (name, address and passport number) and your institute information (name and address).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The final date for payment by debit card and bank slip is September 27, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SBBD\/KDMiLe\/BSB&nbsp;registration also gives access to the invited talks of the co-located event LARS on Thursday, 10\/10\/2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SBBD\/KDMiLe\/BSB + LARS registration gives access to all SBBD\/KDMiLe\/BSB and LARS activities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If you need help, please send an email to&nbsp;sbbd2019@dc.ufc.br.&nbsp;<\/strong><br><strong><em>Se precisar de ajuda, por favor envie um email para sbbd2019@dc.ufc.br<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CONFERENCE DINNER<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conference dinner will be in the evening of the October 9th (Wednesday) and it is not included in the registration fee. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FOR AUTHORS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At least one author of each accepted paper must pay the event registration (fee). The\u00a0<strong>registration<\/strong>\u00a0must be done until\u00a0<strong>September 18th (SBBD)<\/strong>\u00a0or until\u00a0<strong>September 18th (KDMiLe or BSB)<\/strong>\u00a0in order to appear in the event proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SHORT COURSES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to register in a short course, you have to register in the SBBD\/KDMiLe\/BSB. For each short course, there is an individual fee. Please check the list of short courses&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sbbd.org.br\/2019\/minicursos\/\">here<\/a>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>OBSERVATIONS FOR STUDENTS \/&nbsp;<em>OBSERVA\u00c7\u00d5ES PARA ESTUDANTES<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is a very limited number of registrations for undergraduate students. Therefore, you have to register as soon as possible in order to guarantee your registration!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>H\u00e1 um n\u00famero muito limitado de inscri\u00e7\u00f5es para alunos de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o. Assim, registre-se o quanto antes para garantir sua inscri\u00e7\u00e3o!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Student fees are available only for students who are enrolled in a higher education institution as undergraduate (aluno de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o,&nbsp;in Portuguese)&nbsp;or graduate students (Ph.D or Master). Proof of student status containing affiliation, attendee\u2019s name, enrollment course, and current date must be shown upon request. Failure to present such a proof document will imply paying the difference for Professional registration category (with no discount). The&nbsp;Student fee does not apply to post docs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Tarifas de estudante est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis apenas para estudantes matriculados em institui\u00e7\u00f5es de ensino superior como aluno de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o ou de p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o (mestrandos e doutorandos). Declara\u00e7\u00f5es de status contendo nome da institui\u00e7\u00e3o, nome do aluno, curso matriculado e data corrente devem ser apresentados quando requisitado. A aus\u00eancia de documento implicar\u00e1 no pagamento da diferen\u00e7a da tarifa profissional para a tarifa de estudante (sem desconto). A tarifa para estudante n\u00e3o se aplica a posdocs<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The deadline for the registration refund request is&nbsp;September 27rd, 2019. In this case, the participant must send an email to faturamento@sbc.org.br and to sbbd2019@dc.ufc.br. The reimbursement will be of 80% of the value paid (the remaining will cover the administrative costs of registration).&nbsp;No cancellation for Author registration will be accepted after September 6th, 2019 as the conference proceedings will be finalized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>OTHER OBSERVATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The number of registrations for the event is&nbsp;limited. After the limit, no more registrations will be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lunch is not included in the registration. There are several options for lunch near the event site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have already done your registration and you did not select the conference dinner, you may log in and add it!
