Ap\u00f3s 26\/09\/2017, as inscri\u00e7\u00f5es continuar\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis via Internet e s\u00f3 poder\u00e3o ser pagas com cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito (pelo sistema ECOS da SBC) ou com dinheiro na secretaria durante o SBBD 2017. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>REGISTRATION SYSTEM<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/centraldesistemas.sbc.org.br\/ecos\/sbbd2017\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/centraldesistemas.sbc.org.br\/ecos\/sbbd2017<\/a><\/p>\n<p>[rev_slider alias=&#8221;SliderRegistration&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Please read the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sbc.org.br\/noticias\/10-slideshow-noticias\/1970-faq-sobre-o-combo-da-sbc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">FAQ about the SBC Combo (registration + SBC membership)<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/sbc.org.br\/associe-se-2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SBC membership information<\/a> (in Portuguese).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>GENERAL INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The registration in the event includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Access to all technical sections (including Workshops);<\/li>\n<li>International talks;<\/li>\n<li>Tutorials;<\/li>\n<li>Participant materials;<\/li>\n<li>Event proceedings with the published papers;<\/li>\n<li>Coffee-breaks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you need a registration receipt before the event date, you can send an email to faturamento@sbc.org.br asking for the receipt. In the email, you have to provide your personal information (name, address and passport number) and yours institute information (name and address).<\/p>\n<p>SBBD\/KDMiLe\u00a0registration also gives access to the invited talks of the co-alocated event BRACIS.<\/p>\n<p>SBBD\/KDMiLe + BRACIS registration (PROFESSIONAL) gives access to all SBBD\/KDMiLe and BRACIS activities (BRACIS+STIL+ENIAC+SBBD+KDMiLe). More information will be available soon in this <a href=\"https:\/\/sbbd.org.br\/2017\/dinner\/\">link<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>FOR AUTHORS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At least one author of each accepted paper must register in the event. The <strong>registration<\/strong> must be done until <strong>September 4th (SBBD)<\/strong> or until <strong>September 18th (KDMiLe)<\/strong> in order to appear in the event proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>SHORT COURSES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In order to register in a short course, you have to register in the event. For each short course, there is an individual fee. The undergraduate student registration fee already includes one short course (undergraduate students may register in a second short course). Please check the list of short courses <a href=\"https:\/\/sbbd.org.br\/2017\/short-courses\/\">here<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>OBSERVATIONS FOR STUDENTS \/ <em>OBSERVA\u00c7\u00d5ES PARA ESTUDANTES<\/em><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Undergraduate students: <span id=\"result_box\" class=\"short_text\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\">Registration has a discount of 1 short-course<\/span><\/span>. <span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\">Thus, to participate in 1 short-course, the undergraduate student must enroll in the event and not request the short-course<\/span><\/span>. <span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\">After payment, the student must send an email to <strong>comprovantes@sbc.org.br<\/strong> with subject &#8220;SBBD 2017 free short-course&#8221; and inform the free short-course included in the registration (subject to availability).\u00a0To participate in 2 short-courses, the student must enroll in the event and add 1 short-course, and after the payment, send email to inform the free short-course.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>Estudante de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o: inscri\u00e7\u00e3o tem desconto de 1 mini-curso. Assim, para participar de 1 mini-curso, o estudante de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o deve se inscrever no evento e n\u00e3o solicitar mini-curso. Ap\u00f3s o pagamento, deve enviar email para <strong>comprovantes@sbc.org.br<\/strong> com assunto <span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\">&#8220;SBBD 2017 free short-course&#8221;<\/span><\/span> e informar o mini-curso gratu\u00edto incluido na inscri\u00e7\u00e3o (sujeito \u00e0 disponibilidade de vagas).\u00a0\u00a0Para participar de 2 mini-cursos, o estudante deve se inscrever no evento e adicionar 1 mini-curso, e depois do pagamento, deve enviar um email para informar o mini-curso gratu\u00edto<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Students must send a document attesting they are students to the email <strong>sbbd2017ufu@gmail.com<\/strong> with subject &#8220;SBBD 2017 Student status&#8221; in order to get the discount. The documents must arrive\u00a0within the fee period (up to 21\/AUG for early registration, up to 18\/SEPT for regular registration or up to 25\/SEPT for late registrations). Additionally, students that choose the Combo (registration + SBC membership) must send the proof of student status to the email with the subject &#8220;SBBD 2017&#8221; to <strong>comprovantes@sbc.org.br<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Estudantes devem enviar um documento de comprova\u00e7\u00e3o estudantil para o email <strong>sbbd2017ufu@gmail.com<\/strong> com assunto &#8220;SBBD 2017 Student status&#8221; para ter o desconto. Therefore, you have to register as soon as possible in order to guarantee your registration!<\/p>\n<p><em>H\u00e1 um n\u00famero muito limitado de inscri\u00e7\u00f5es para alunos de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o. Assim, registre-se o quanto antes para garantir sua inscri\u00e7\u00e3o!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Student fees are available only for students who are enrolled in a higher education institution as undergraduate (aluno de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o,\u00a0in Portuguese)\u00a0or graduate students (Ph.D or Master). Proof of student status containing affiliation, attendee&#8217;s name, enrollment course, and current date must be shown upon request. Failure to present such a proof document will imply paying the difference for Professional registration category (with no discount). The\u00a0Student fee does not apply to post docs.<\/p>\n<p><em>Tarifas de estudante est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis apenas para estudantes matriculados em institui\u00e7\u00f5es de ensino superior como aluno de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o ou de p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o (mestrandos e doutorandos). Declara\u00e7\u00f5es de status contendo nome da institui\u00e7\u00e3o, nome do aluno, curso matriculado e data corrente devem ser apresentados quando requisitado. A aus\u00eancia de documento implicar\u00e1 no pagamento da diferen\u00e7a da tarifa profissional para a tarifa de estudante (sem desconto). A tarifa para estudante n\u00e3o se aplica a posdocs<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The deadline for the registration refund request is\u00a0September 23rd, 2017. In this case, the participant must send an email to faturamento@sbc.org.br and to sbbd2017ufu@gmail.com. The reimbursement will be of 80% of the value paid (the remaining will cover the administrative costs of registration).\u00a0No cancellation for Author registration will be accepted after September 4th, 2017 as the conference proceedings will be finalized.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>OTHER OBSERVATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The number of registrations for the event is\u00a0limited. After the limit, no more registrations will be accepted.<\/p>\n<p>Lunch is not included in the registration. There are several options for lunch near the event site.<\/p>\n<p>If you have already done your registration and you did not select the conference dinner, you may log in and add it!
