Registration Options
Registration for LARS 2019 includes access to all invited lectures and industry talks, as well as coffee breaks and social events. Attendance to the research consortium is included for selected participants. All prices are in Brazilian Reais (BRL):
- Students: BRL 120
- Professionals: BRL 240
If you need a registration receipt before the event date, please send an email to faturamento@sbc.org.br asking for it. In the email, please provide your personal information (name, address and passport number) and affiliation (name and address).

Research Consortium Policy
Each accepted research consortium participant must register by September 9, 2019.
Student Policy
Student fees are available only for students who are enrolled in a higher education institution as undergraduate or graduate (Master’s or PhD) students. Proof of student status containing affiliation, attendee’s name, enrollment course, and current date must be uploaded via the registration system. The Student fee does not apply to post-docs.
Cancelation and Refund Policy
Cancelation requests must be sent to faturamento@sbc.org.br. Requests received before September 27, 2019 will be refunded in 80% of the corresponding registration fee. Requests received after this period will not be refunded.
Other observations
The number of registrations for the event is limited. After the limit, no more registrations will be accepted. Lunch is not included in the registration. There are several options for lunch near the event site.
